Town Farmhouse is a listed building in the heart of the beautiful village of Mortehoe, Devon.

It is ideally placed for those who enjoy walking on the rugged coastal paths or indeed  those who like walks on secluded beaches like Grunta and Rockham.

We can offer four rooms of accommodation; two with ensuite facilities, two with a shared bathroom. The rooms have been recently refurbished and are cleaned to a high standard. Comfortably furnished and centrally heated, each have tea and coffee making facilities and colour television. There is also private parking on the premises for guests.

Breakfast consists of; fruit juice, choice of cereal/grapefruit, tea or fresh coffee and a choice of white or granary toast.    Then cooked breakfast - free range eggs, locally produced sausage and bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms. Of course special dietary requirements can be catered for, please advise on booking.   

Guests may check in at Town Farmhouse from noon on day of arrival, by arrangement.

We ask that rooms be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure

All rooms are non smoking.

Sorry we can not accommodate pets.

We are open from February through to November inclusive.

Serving delicious cream teas from June to September!!

The weather will not beat us...scones will be served in the garden or in the dining room!
